LIG will adopt high-efficiency project management, independent QA department, dedicated to providing customers with first rate services such as language, localization and software outsourcing.

High-efficiency project management

Project manager is taken as the core of whole work flow of LIG to coordinate the work of various departments, assure project quality, formulate project plan, track project progress and provide customers with problem reports and project delivery date. Each project any customer entrusts us is managed by one dedicated project manager. The project manager provides the customer with service of special requirement, at the same time the project manager is also the direct and sole contact person of the customer. Also, according to the requirement and the thought of the customer, the project manager can flexibly adjust the project plan to ensure the long-term close cooperation relationship. On the other hand, we have effective flow system to ensure that product quality meets all your requirements.

Before each project is implemented, a project implementation team shall be established in the first place to analyze the specific requirement of the whole project and make full preparation, with the project manager as the center, and under the guidance of technical controller. It is necessary to fractionalize project workload, so as to clarify various tasks to be finished and important precautions, allocate necessary resources, and foresee potential crisis. The specific scheme of the project shall be arranged by the project manager according to our own project management system. In this way, it is possible to ensure that the work of various departments is coordinated and consistent to enhance work efficiency, thus minimizing project period.

Additionally, quality is the lifeline in the whole project implementation process. Therefore, in project implementation process, we shall firstly formulate project flow to conduct project requirement analysis, compile Style Guide (translation standard, engineering technical test standard, quality assurance system and DTP standard, etc), extract technical terms for the project, conduct use rate assessment on the project implementation, and analyze the unity of technical terms(this includes shared TM, on-site technical guidance, participating in daily project discussion), so as to ensure that all work flows completely comply with standards. When the project is over, we shall hold an assessment meeting to analyze problems occurring in the project and discuss the project progress and quality assessment, thus summarizing the project for reference in subsequent work. Quality assurance of QA department

LIG owns independent QA department, in the process from translation to the completion of the whole project, each work procedure has the corresponding specification, which is controlled by QA in quality to ensure translation and localization quality and progress are in the control state. At the same time, to assure quality, we specially establish and implement a set of quality assurance systems and operation flows that comply with the ISO9002 standard.

In the whole project implementation process, QA engineers shall be concerned with quality assurance problems. They shall put forward the corresponding requirement for project quality, and supervise the creation of TM, review, proofreading, engineering and test, DTP and project delivery, and manage professional technical personnel at the same time.

We have complete project management and quality assurance system to enable each project to be in strict control, thus assuring project quality. All QA tests comply with LISA QA Model 2.0(Localisation Industry Standards Association) and ISO9002 standard. At the same time, we also own such tools as special quality assurance software HelpQA, HtmlQA, and ToolProof.
